BBQ and Blues Bash in The Cobblestone District

Every summer the bars and the restaurants in The Cobblestone District throw a big bash called BBQ and Blues. It's a great way to experience an up and coming district that is no longer just lively during Sabres' games and First Niagara Center events. Along with the upcoming festival, the district is planning on showcasing festivities each week to draw visitors before, during and after the various music series events at Canalside. "The establishments in the Cobblestone District (Cobblestone Bar, WJR Morrissey's, Benchwarmers and Lagerhaus 95)," developer Sam Savarino explained. "Are having a post party after Thursday concerts and the Canalside concerts. In a show of rare comity we will have at least 4 food trucks on Mississippi as part of the festivities each week. There is a web site as well:

www.cobblestonedistrict.com."
