Homeless U.S. Veteran Fundraiser at Lagerhaus 95
Good times, great food, and charity go hand-in-hand in Buffalo and later this month you can be part of the fun. The Altamont Program on Wyoming Avenue is hosting a fundraiser with all proceeds going to help the Homeless U.S. Veterans that are staying at the Altamont facility and the remodeling of the kitchen in the building. The Altamont facility is located in the former rectory and convent of St. Matthew's Church on the city's east side.
The event takes place on June 25th at Lagerhaus 95 located at 95 Perry, on the corner of Mississippi in the historic Cobblestone District. It runs from 6pm to 9pm and tickets are twenty-five dollars. Laherhaus 95 is owned by Sam Savarino who has graciously donated the space for the fundraiser. Eric Paul, the director of the Altamont program, is thankful for Savarino's aid and says he's a "Helluva Guy" for helping out.
Tickets can be purchased by contacting Eric via email at ericp@pyhit.org.
